Xtracted Espresso Solutions (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides coffee equipment sales, installation, servicing, and related solutions within Australia.

3. Quotes, Orders, Pricing and Payment

  • All quotes are valid for the period specified (or 7 days if not stated) and are subject to change prior to acceptance.

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Orders are not binding until accepted by us in writing or by supply of goods and/or services.

  • By placing an order, you authorise us to invoice and/or charge you for the quoted goods and services in accordance with the agreed terms.

  • We may require a deposit or full pre-payment prior to commencing work, ordering equipment, or scheduling services.

  • Where payment details are provided in advance, you authorise us to charge those payment methods for agreed fees, including any variations to the scope of work.

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your quote, invoice, or agreement and must be strictly adhered to.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of Services, withholding of goods, and/or additional charges including interest and recovery costs.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to acceptance.

4. Supply of Goods

  • Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.

  • Title in goods does not pass until full payment is received.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be impacted by suppliers or logistics providers.

5. Services (Installation, Repairs & Maintenance)

  • You must provide safe and reasonable access to premises, utilities, and equipment.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by site readiness, third parties, or unforeseen issues.

  • Additional charges may apply if work varies from the agreed scope.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are subject to approval and may incur restocking fees.

  • Custom, special-order, or installed equipment is generally non-refundable unless required by law.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, where goods or services are not acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption, our liability is limited (at our option):

  • in the case of goods, to the repair or replacement of the goods, or the cost of such repair or replacement; and

  • in the case of services, to the resupply of the services or the cost of having the services supplied again.

8. Warranties

  • Manufacturer warranties apply where relevant.

  • We may provide additional service warranties as specified in writing.

  • Warranty claims may require inspection and must follow supplier guidelines.

9. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • not interfere with website functionality

  • not attempt unauthorised access or data extraction
